How it works and how to use?

In this Astrology app user can get connected with Astrologer and Advisor by calling and chatting. Report is another service from where different report can be ordered which is manually analyzed and prepared by Astrologer. Since Astrology service is completely based on Birth details so before taking any service it asks all user’s detail and especially correct birth data. Calling and Talking Services

• Sufficient fund is required to call and talk as this is based on per minute call. It can be done by recharging wallet by paying through different payment option available in app.
• Next process is to select an Astrologer from the list who are online. In selecting,different criteria can be filtered like skills, category, rating, experience etc.
• Click call button then a pop up box will come. You have to select whether this call will be for you that is “self” or for other person. If other person you have to select “others” then click next and fill all details of that person. Check mobile number on which you want to get call from Astrologer.
• Click Call Now and once you will click, it connects to Astrologer and then with you. Always give enough time to Astrologer to analyze your horoscope in depth. It will increase accuracy of prediction.
• There will be all call details at the end of the call and it will be saved in call history. Call history can be seen in menu anytime.
• If Astrologer is offline and you are interested in that astrologer then you can click “bell” icon and the moment astrologer will come online you will get notification.

Chat with Astrologers

• Sufficient fund is required to chat as this is based on per minute chat. It can be done by recharging wallet by paying through different payment option available in app.
• Next process is to select an Astrologer from the list who are online. In selecting different criteria can be filtered like skills, category, rating, experience, language etc.
• Click call button then a pop up box will come. You have to select whether this chat will be for you that is “self” or for other person. If other person you have to click next and fill all details of that person. You can fill your first query of chat.
• Click chat and wait for 3 minute. You will get notification when Astrologer will accept it. Chat billing starts when you enter in chat room after accepting astrologer.
• Always give enough time to Astrologer to analyze your horoscope in depth. It will increase accuracy of prediction.
• You can end chat anytime you wish or it will be ended automatically if your balance will be low.
• There will be all chat details when you end the chat and it will be saved in chat history. Chat history can be seen in menu anytime.
• If Astrologer is offline and you are interested in that astrologer then you can click “bell” icon and the moment astrologer will come online you will get notification.

Astrology Report

• To buy Manual Astrology Report sufficient fund is required in account. It can be done by recharging wallet by paying through different payment option available in app.
• Next process is to select an Astrologer from the list. In selecting different criteria can be filtered like skills, category, rating, experience etc.
• There are different types of report so select the one which you want to buy. Select language and whether this is for you for others. Enter information or query you want to share with Astrologer.
• Click Continue and then Buy Report. You will get your report in next 24 hours. You can read this report in “report” by going in menu.

Payment and Wallet balance

• You have to recharge your wallet before using calling, chatting or report service. There is wallet option and from there you can recharge it by paying through different payment mode.
• You can check your payment history by clicking wallet which is in menu.
• You need to have minimum balance with different astrologers. We usually advice to have minimum 10 minutes balance. Other important features
• All the history of payment and services are available in Menu list like chat, report, call history and wallet transaction.
• User can follow number of Astrologers and that Astrologer save in “My Favorites”. User get notification when that Astrologer will post articles.
• There are free Daily Prediction which is completely based on Nakshatra and Moon Sign which is prefer by vedic astrologer and thus more accurate prediction if we compare it with sun sign based prediction.
